User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

Payment and Billing

By purchasing the program, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your purchase

• Authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Be responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. Pricing is subject to change without notice for future purchases.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mom Strong Transformation and its coaches, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any injury or health issues resulting from participation
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any errors or omissions in program content
